Fiberhub COVID-19 Update
At Fiberhub, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff and clients and wanted to reach out with a brief update regarding the actions we are taking in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are working diligently with our staff members, vendors, and partners to enact additional safety measures. First, we are reducing the hours our business staff is in the office and encouraging staff members to work remotely if possible. Additionally, to limit possible exposure, our conference room, and shared office facilities will not be available for client use for the immediate future.
Clients with unescorted datacenter access may still access our facilities 24x7, however additional screening may be required in some locations prior to accessing the facility. We will be increasing the frequency in which accessible areas and equipment, such as crash carts, keyboards, mice, and monitors are sanitized. As always, we recommend that all clients use best practices to foster a clean working environment while in a Fiberhub datacenter. Hours will be limited for clients without unescorted access. Please contact us for the availability of a tech escort prior to visiting any of our facilities.
Finally, we are strongly encouraging the use of Fiberhub's remote hands and other technical services to limit the need to visit the datacenter in person. In order to provide assistance to our clients, we are offering up to 1 billable hour of free Tier-1 Technical Support, valid until April 15. If you anticipate having a need for a larger volume of technical support resources, please contact us for special rates.
